Overview

Monoid is a workspace application that helps people collaborate with AI coworkers, messages, tasks, schedules, credentials, and related workspace data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, workspace membership, authentication sessions, and the content you choose to create or share in Monoid, including messages, files, tasks, schedules, memory entries, and credential metadata.

When you connect a Google account, Monoid may receive your Google profile information and OAuth tokens that allow the app to access the Google services you approve during consent. Tokens and secret material are stored encrypted and are used only to provide the requested workspace features.

Google user data

Monoid requests Google API access only so you or your workspace can use Google-backed workflows you explicitly connect, such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts actions.

Monoid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to operate Monoid, authenticate users, route workspace activity, run requested automations, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Monoid, when required by law, to protect Monoid or users, or when you direct Monoid to share information through an integration or workspace action.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Monoid, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion or disconnection of connected accounts by contacting us.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption for stored credential material. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
