Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Monoid. By using Monoid, you agree to these Terms. If you use Monoid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Service
Monoid provides workspace collaboration tools, AI coworkers, messaging, tasks, schedules, credentials, and integrations. Features may change over time as the service improves.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, connected integrations, and content you submit to Monoid. You must not use Monoid to violate the law, infringe rights, compromise security, abuse third-party services, or interfere with other users.
Connected services
If you connect Google or another third-party service, you authorize Monoid to access that service according to the permissions you approve. You can revoke access through Monoid, the third-party provider, or both. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Content and data
You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant Monoid the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise operate that content solely to provide and secure the service.
Availability and changes
Monoid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monoid disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Monoid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
